If I’m hired, when do I become eligible for PMI benefits?
At PMI, you are eligible for health care coverage (including medical, dental and vision) on the same day you start, and you can sign up for our 401(k) program immediately. You’ll also start accruing vacation time and sick leave as soon as you’re on the job.
Does PMI offer an employee stock-purchase plan?
New employees can share in the company’s growth by investing in our employee stock-purchase plan. Under the plan, you can buy shares of PMI common stock at a discount via payroll deduction.
Does PMI offer flexible work hours or telecommuting?
Yes. We recognize that our employees are people first – people with lives – and we do our best to consider accommodations for your personal scheduling needs. Whether you are a working parent, a part-time student, or have other obligations, all PMIers are treated equally in this regard.
