APPLYING FOR AN OPEN POSITION
How do I apply for a position at PMI?
For all questions related to applying for a position, please refer to our How To Apply Guidelines.
A current PMI employee referred me to a position. Do I need to note that when I apply?
Yes. When you complete the online response form, select that you were referred by an employee.
Will I be considered for other positions when applying for a specific position?
Yes. Both your job profile and resume will be stored in our database and will be available to our recruiters.
What happens to my resume after it's been submitted?
Once submitted, your resume enters our applicant tracking system. From there, our recruiters can access it as needed when trying to match candidates to open positions.
After I submit my job profile and/or online application, will I receive a response?
Yes. You will receive an email confirming that your profile and/or online application has been received.
Will I hear back from a recruiter?
If your profile or online application appears to be a match for an open position, you will be contacted by a recruiter. Due to the high volume of resumes, we cannot guarantee a call from a recruiter.

If I’m hired, when do I become eligible for PMI benefits?
At PMI, you are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage on your first day, and you can sign up for our 401(k) program immediately. You’ll also start accruing paid time off (PTO) as soon as you’re on the job.
Does PMI offer a 401(k) plan?
Yes. PMI offers a 401(k) plan and matching contributions. Employees are immediately eligible to start contributing to their 401(k) plan.
Does PMI offer an employee stock-purchase plan?
Yes. New employees can share in the company’s growth by investing in our employee stock-purchase plan. Under the plan, you can buy shares of PMI common stock at a discount via payroll deduction.
