Economic and Real Estate Trends (ERET)
PMI's quarterly Economic and Real Estate Trends (ERET) report includes commentary on the national economy and regional housing price trends. A popular feature of every issue is the U.S. Market Risk Index, a tabular presentation of 384 of the most populated Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs). PMI's U.S. Market Risk IndexSM uses economic, housing, and mortgage market factors, such as home price appreciation, employment, affordability, excess housing supply, interest rates, and foreclosure activity in assessing the risk of price declines in that nation's MSAs. Risk scores translate directly into a probability (ranging from zero to 100) that the price of homes in a given MSA will on average be lower at the end of the next two years.

Housing & Mortgage Market Review (HaMMR)
PMI's monthly Housing and Mortgage Market Review (HaMMR) analyzes current economic, housing and mortgage market conditions. Each issue features The Outlook report by Dr. Berson, as well as a Special Topic report, a Regional Roundup and a Region in Focus. Both ERET and HaMMR are highly acclaimed for their in-depth market intelligence and are routinely cited in leading media such as The WSJ, CNN, USA Today, CNBC, MSNBC, Dow Jones, Reuters, Bloomberg and Fox News.
