Homebuyer Education (HBE)
The choice is yours. PMI offers borrowers the convenience of completing pre-purchase homebuyer education by telephone or online.
Telephone
Prior to calling, you may request a book and/or download the appropriate guide and fill out the worksheets in the back of the guide. You must then contact CCCS to set up an HBE session to obtain a faxed certificate of completion.

Online
Register for PMI Homebuyer Education or Credit Union Homebuyer Education. After registering, read the interactive course and answer the questions online. Once each module is completed and you have passed the final quiz, you then print the certificate of completion.
