Housing Programs
PMI's Housing Programs help revitalize and strengthen communities throughout the United States by offering services, education and information to promote the opportunity of sustainable homeownership for first-time and low- to moderate-income borrowers. As part of this effort, PMI sponsors and maintains strong affiliations with numerous national consumer and housing advocacy organizations.
PMI Affordable Program
The pmiAFFORDABLE program is an affordable housing product for low- to moderate-income borrowers who can demonstrate the willingness and the capacity to repay debt, yet lack the cash typically needed for the down payment and/or closing costs.
