PMI's Gateway Cities Program works with housing development leaders at the community level to promote sustainable homeownership and community revitalization through rehabilitation of existing homes in underserved neighborhoods.
In conjunction with nonprofit community groups, PMI has successfully implemented Gateway neighborhoods in cities across the U.S.
