PMI Policy Servicing offers the tools and resources to help you improve efficiencies and reduce costs:
- e-PMI makes it easy to access current policy status, policy maintenance, portfolio reporting, online default reporting and claims filing.
- A PMI assigned customer service representative is your single point of contact for all activation, billing and policy maintenance questions and activities.
- PMI offers a number of ways to update policies and report defaults electronically via EDI, XML, and spreadsheet.
- PMI offers Instant Modification for loans containing a reset or conversion clause.

Customer Service can answer all questions related to processing and policy maintenance. Communicating with PMI on policy maintenance, such as loan closing dates, loan number changes, service transfers, and loan sales can be done via email or fax. For large updates, please provide as a spreadsheet attachment to an email or via a secure website.
